We had such a great experience working with Whac A Mold. After our AC caused a serious water leak from the attic down through the basement, Issac and his team made an overwhelming situation feel so much more manageable.
They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and did incredibly neat and professional work removing all the damaged areas. They also thoroughly dried out the space to prevent any mold issues and were meticulous throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience with Whac-A-Mold Mitigation Company after my basement flooded. Their team responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately got to work drying out the space before any further damage could happen. They were professional, courteous, and explained each step of the process so I knew exactly what was being done.

If you have fire/water damage or need to get rid of mold, these guys are the ones to call. They handled everything and dealt with the insurance. We didn’t have to handle the payment at all. They were quick to show up, and did a thorough job. They took care of renting a storage unit for our belongings during remediation, as well as the moving in and out. With Itzik there overseeing things, things went smoothly and were remediated to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of the insurance company.
