We had a leaky pool and a broken liner, and no hope to find someone who could fix it and not rip us off, in brooklyn (no one ever wants to come to brooklyn). And then came Dimitri, Wizard of pools indeed! Super nice, honest, knowledgeable, well priced and hard working. We now have a wonderful working pool, new liner, new pipes, new jets! We are more than happy customers and have now found an honest person to work our pool for ever and ever. Thank you Dimitri!
I can’t say enough good things about this pool company. They are incredibly detailed, reliable, and fast-acting—especially during emergencies, which really sets them apart. The owner, Ms. Dimitris, is absolutely wonderful, kind, understanding, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers the way they do. We will definitely be calling them again for our future pool cleanings. Highly recommend!
I had an outstanding experience with Demetri! He helped me with several major pool issues, including fixing a leak, replacing old pipes, and installing a brand new filter system. From start to finish, Demetri was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the work that needed to be done. His prices were very fair, especially for the high quality of work he delivered. My pool is now running perfectly thanks to him. I highly recommend Demetri to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and reasonably priced pool service!
Demetri was very knowledgeable and diligent with servicing my pool. My pool was in bad shape. My sand filter broke throughout the winter and when I tried to turn it on in June, the pump kicked sand throughout the pool. Demetri came and evaluated the situation and now my pool is beautiful! He changed my filter and pump.Very personable! Would definitely recommend, 10 stars!
Dimitri from Wizard of Pools did an excellent job with my pool. All brand new plumbing and electrical. New marble dust and all new heating system. Service and maintenance is 5 stars. Very highly recommended.
