Tom and Marshall were our techs. They worked efficiently and very hard to make sure that our pool was adequately and safely opened. Tom took a bunch of time to go over the details with us and answer our many questions that we had so that we could feel confident in maintaining the pool. He was very polite and helpful! Overall we are very pleased with our experience!

Woman calls me back to setup pool opening. I was very specific that I will only pay $400 to have a complete job meaning when they are done I expect to not need to do anything. I also asked if they could install a new salt water system. She tells me she will check and call me back the next day. That call never came.
I get a text stating my pool will be opened June 10 and they will text that day when en route. That text never came.
I get a call when tech is nearly done (they never did my pool prior, you would think they would call when arriving to go over details). I explain that the cover is to be placed in a storage bin and to first remove chlorine from bin (as this causes rust on metal). That instruction goes in one ear and out the other.
I was told tile was scrubbed yet water line grime on it and I was able to rub off with my finger. Not scrubbed. Total lie. They also didn’t even sweep concrete where cover trapped leaves etc and they left me a case of empty chemical bottles to dispose of. Very sloppy job. These pool companies are out of their minds charging $400 for maybe 2 hours of sloppy work.
Many companies are staring to buy 5 star reviews. Be careful here because no way does this place have so many legitimate 5 star reviews.
