The experience is horrible. No communication at all. We went to do the Schengen visa for Malta to visit my brother and his family. I gave all the needed documents and payment, the first day itself. They said they will let us know within a week or so. They didn't inform anything, I had to call each and every time. Till now date, they didn't contact by themselves. And every time we call them, different person pick up and we have to repeat us every time. Then when we keep pressurising them, as I already took the week of from my work for June and I approach them on April 26, 2026 for visa for June 18, 2026 they said Malta visa is not possible and the only option I have is to go any other Europe country and go to Malta from there. Then they suggested to go to Switzerland and then from there to Malta, as it is the visa for 26 country. Then we agreed and I said its ok for me for Switzerland or France as long as I get the visa. Then they said within a week, I will get the appointment for VFS global New York. Then we kept waiting but they never contacted us. Then after 3-4 days, my husband again called the agency and then said the appointment is not possible during the timeframe. I understand that maybe the schedule for appointment is not available or anything like this. But who will let us know. My brother is waiting there and thinking we are coming and going takes prep. Its been one month but I didn't get any single call till date from the agency and when we asked for the refund and my husband spoke to the head of Schengen visa, he said he will call us back. But they never contacted us back. This is the worst agency I have ever seen and been too. The way they pretend that they believe in Almighty so much, but their behaviour is completely different and opposite. I just shared my experience as I don't want any other people to suffer as much as I have suffered and I didn't get my money back yet. I was thinking of shifting my visa for September but I am not going to do it with them ever again in my life. They are all fraud
