Very professional, very good work. My N3DSXL was almost completely dead (check the photos— the GPU definitely died, which means a new motherboard is required), but they replaced the motherboard and got it working again, and even homebrewed it for me. That being said it was a bit pricy, ended up spending $220 after originally being promised it would be $180. For that price, getting a used one off eBay might be better off, but my N3DSXL was a special edition, so I ended up going for it. That being said, still very professional people, the customer service interactions were very prompt and didn’t leave me blindsided for much time at all. Would go to again if (god forbid) my system has issues again.
My 3DS experienced an unfortunate accident where it was crushed by a camera. Thankfully, I was able to get a shell replacement repair with Xcubicle. The process went like this:
1. Sent diagnostic photo via text
2. Received a quote for repair costs ($180 with the initial consultation fee included)
3. Picked a date and time for dropoff
4. Sent initial payment via zelle ($40) on dropoff
5. Notified of repair and chose pickup time
6. Pickup and final payment ($140). During this time I could also inspect the console for any issues.
It's a little less expensive than buying another 3DS XL on ebay. I already knew mine worked and didn't want to buy another, so I went for the repair. The replacement shell is not the same as the official one, but it does the job, which is what I wanted. I can play Sonic without being scared of my 3DS snapping in half!

I got my old 3DS repaired here! They were super communicative, and the drop off was seamless and easy! They quickly diagnosed that I had a LCD and motherboard issue, which I tried to fix it myself but I couldn't. Even so, they still were able to fix everything with no issue! Repairs only took 2 weeks. They even re-jailbroke my 3DS for me, which was so kind! The price was definitely justified for bringing my beloved 3DS back to life!

Prices: $200~ per console (3DS/2DS)
Repairs: They both came back a little scuffed, but I put cases on them so it was ok. My 2DS came back noticeably dirty. Nothing crazy, I was able to clean all of it. The newly replaced 3DS screen appears lighter and harder to see. Understandable because it’s not genuine. Just a heads up.
Service: It took a little over 2 weeks because we had to wait for the new pieces to arrive. I didn’t mind waiting, plus they gave me updates.
Maybe they were busy and in a rush. Either way I’m happy. Thanks!
