Lemon & Tio Chapin are top-tier professionals. I came in for four light truck tires and they had me back on the road in no time. Efficient service and great guys to work with.
Went there once for tire repair. The owner kept pushing to change a new tire. When I said no, he just plugged a stick to the hole and said it was fixed. I drove away and found out later that it was a temporary fix. I drove back and asked him to do a patch inside. He did it this time but charged me again. Will never go to this shop again. Those good reviews are fake. Plus, the shop has a new worker who doesn’t even know how to open a tire ring. Don’t let him work on your tire or else your wheel might get scratched!
Unfortunately, I caught a flat tire last night and called several shops in the area, in which most of them were closed. 11th Avenue Tire Shop was “far” from where I was, given the flat tire, but I had no choice but to drive to them and get the tire plugged, or so I thought. LOL. They were the only ones open at that hour.
We finally arrive and are attended to quite quickly. The car is jacked up, wheel taken off and inspected and it is suggested to get a new tire instead of plugging it because driving to the tire shop ended up damaging the tire. LOL.
Payment was smooth and easy and we were outta there in at most, half an hour.
I hate to have been in that situation, but such is life and it is good to have a shop that is open 24 hours and has great service.
My experience with their service was positive. Beside changing a new tire, the worker was very kind and assisted me with checking each tire and even switching front and back tire. The worker had educated me that the condition of the tire was caused by breaking to late and accerlerating too fast. Except the price was a bit higher than other places. Another place offered $306 and here charged for $349 for the tire.
The recommendation was to change a new tire instead of patching it when it cracks on the edge.
On my way to work in the morning, I noticed one of my tires was low. After searching google maps, I saw that most shops were closed—but luckily, 11th Ave Tire Shop was open, truly 24 hours! They checked all my tires right away and let me know my front two were in bad shape. They gave me different options, offered fair prices, and provided excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful—absolutely the best experience!
