Rude person hung up on me when asked for the number of the DMV. Do do not recommend at all. If there was a negative star rating, I would go with -10.

Stasiu was the best! I scheduled last minute on the weekend and he showed up and handled everything within 20 minutes or so. He had a great attitude and answered all my questions.
**he also warned of someone who took his information and would ask for payment upfront. He made it clear that he never does so and only collects after the job has been completed. If anyone does this, it’s not Stasiu and most likely explains any bad reviews.**
