Scam company and flower shop. My husband ordered a bouquet worth over +$140 for valentines day. The bouquet sent didn't even look like the photo they advertised. They sent some low quality garbage roses and cheap daisies instead. I've attached the photos of what was promised vs. what was delivered. They refused to refund us. DO NOT recommend this service.
ordered pink rose and tulips bouquet from uber eats and received a totally cheap axx flowers. this is ruining my whole date night. I Returned to the flower shop the same night, couldn't find a replacement and the shop owner pretending to call someone to solve the problem for 20mins without talking to us. If you don't have the flowers, stop posting advertisement on the delivery app.

How this place even exists on DOORDASH???? AVOID THIS PLACE because it’s a full scam! They will never send you the flowers you want. I paid 99$ for a bouquet but received a broom.
You can see what I ordered and then what I got the second image… does it look alike? Flowers look so shabby and were half dead! The bunch of branches doesn’t even have a pleasant smell and look so cheap and ugly. I am so mad. It supposed to be a birthday bouquet for my daughter. I already reported this place

Highly recommend! They delivered a beautiful bouquet in under 90min and the price can’t be beat. The customer service is stellar and they even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. Honestly I have never had such a good experience with a NYC florist.
