This was actually the most seamless and pleasant experience I have ever had with any repair facility. I was recommended by a friend to come to Hasan who was courteous and professional throughout this entire process.
My Range Rover SVR was having suspension and coolant issues. Hasan was very knowledgeable about the common issues he saw with these cars and had an idea of what it was. He gave me a realistic timeline of diagnosis, estimate, authorization with the warranty company, parts and installation and kept me updated every step of that entire process.
Hasan was able to have all of my work covered by my warranty and I got my car back within the week. This was the fastest turnaround for any warranty repair work I’ve ever had done. I honestly wish I came this shop sooner. Definitely plan on bringing my car back for maintenance and any other issues.I highly recommend this shop!
