Alex was absolutely amazing. I had some crappy people give me the run around a few times but he’s not like that at all ! Great personality ( which helps in the times for those home emergencies) , he explains everything to you and he doesn’t take 8-10 business days to get the job done 😂. I called him in a panic for a leak in my basement from my water heater and he was able to come out right away. I’d recommend him to anybody !!!
I had a great experience with Alex! I had an odor issue that had been going on for a couple of days, and he was able to fix it within minutes. He was very friendly, communicated clearly, and took the time to explain everything that was going on. I really appreciated how professional and helpful he was, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs assistance!
When the worst day in the history of our restaurant hit, Alex saved us. He came quickly, reset our systems, fixed our pipes and got us back on track. His prices were very fair. And he followed up with us and made some adjustments at no extra cost. And he refused to take a tip. He was a true gentleman.
Emergency repair of an old boiler and Alex was able to get running. The service was fine. My only problem is getting a receipt for the paid work despite promise to send. Multiple follow ups for a month and no replies. Important for my property receipts as the repair was not cheap.
Alex and his assistant came right away to assess and repair a frozen pipe that burst late this evening. They were professional and friendly and were able to complete job and return our water and reduce any further damage in timely manner during this frigid weather. Cannot thank them enough -highly recommend!
