The 2.5 HP Low Temperature Condensing Unit I ordered from Advanced was of decent quality. The unit was well prepared and operated without a problem on first power up. I have worked in the Refrigeration trade for many years and it’s good to have another small Refrigeration service when in need of parts.
Rude customer service couldn't provide any information on Equipment they are supposedly supporting please take your buisness elsewhere!
They never pick up the phone. Customer service is lacking. Never show up earlier than 9 am
I have been there and purchased many many equipment and had had no problems , they do honor the 1 year warranty in the compressors and 30 day on all other parts .
The one guy that deals with most customers his not rude at all as many claim in other reviews but don’t expect a 5 star hotel lobby smile !!! Just raw business man .
The prices are the main key at this place , you will get what you need at much better price and in some of their equipment I find it better than some leading brands actually .
While I have read all of the reviews out there concerning Advanced Refrigeration Parts, all I can do is be honest about my experience. We had a special need for a walk in cooler Condensing Unit and Matching Evaporator. I emailed the staff with a general inquiry. Then I sent three more emails getting more detailed as I got closer to my purchase. Each email response from the staff at Advanced was concise, complete and technically accurate. They were patient with my questions and offered suggestions. Therefore, once we placed the order I received exactly what we needed. The website was very easy to use and the prices are very competitive. The units were packaged well and shipped promptly. This was my first experience with Advanced Refrigeration but it will not be the last. I am completely happy with the whole process. Especially the written communications via email. Good Job!
