I put a deposit down for a window replacement in November. Weeks went by. I called and asked for an install date. They ghosted me on every date they gave me with zero prior communication, despite promises of a call back. At one point I wondered if they had gone out of business. I finally called and made a fuss. When they finally installed the window I paid them promptly, only to get a call the very next day to ask me where the payment was. Not recommended unless you enjoy poor communication and want to micro-manage them every step of the way.
Don’t waste your time. Their customer service = no service. So I had one their employees come to my apt to check out my windows to provide a quote. A week later didn’t hear a word. I follow up with Nick to see if I can get a quote. Not a word back…totally ghosted. Really nice business model!!

- Anna and Nick both called and provided review of work and cost. A formal invoice/estimate was sent today. They provided a discount due to delay. I updated to 4 stars, since they did try to reach out.

I contacted Anna at affordable window repair on March 28. Was only able to get someone to take a look on April 9. I called and emailed multiple times to get follow up estimate. Each time, Anna mentioning they will reply soon with estimate. It’s now April 21st ( over 3 weeks). I understand that maybe my 1 window repair job is not worth their time, but would just appreciate that they tell me. I guess, if you have a one window repair job, might not be the best company to use.
From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, and I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
First and foremost, the Nick was incredibly friendly and approachable. AWR helped me make an informed decision about the type of windows I wanted. They were also accommodating when it came to scheduling the installation date.
Replacing all the windows on my house only took 4 days. They worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring that each window was installed properly and securely. They also took the time to clean up after themselves.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work done. My house looks great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows!
Guys from Affordable window repair are very friendly and professional. They gave me a good price and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Thumbs up
