David did a great job upgrading our 40 year old alarm system, very pleasant, very professional.
When the service team came into our home… They left the ground floor door wide open like it was a barn, and there was no risk of rodent entry from the street. Showed up to the pre-aligned job to fix two devices they already knew about, but failed to bring the actual replacement items elongating the resolution of the service call. Job incomplete.
Just a phenomenal company and service. Reasonable pricing as well as timely and well done installation. Good communication on everything. Did an alarm system and Internet wiring with Ubiquiti points. Would highly recommend them.
Service was Not done at all, since September, trying to resolve problem, now it's November; still No results. Poor communication! Nice technician, but he has No clue of the job. They're coming back 3rd time! Manager Mike, was nice and apologetic!!
I added 2 additional cameras to my home. Francisco and his partner were very professional and neat. The job was completed quickly. Would definitely recommend them for alarm and camera systems.
