I’m only giving them 3 stars because I was lied to about being notified. Angie called me the day prior and told me that the guys will be at my home between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. I must have been first on the list but I got no call. I complained about this window replacement since last year, but that is management of my building fault. I explained to Angie that I’m not an early riser, I’m a retired Law Enforcement Officer and recent cancer survivor. I’m on medication and I need my morning sleep. The guys ring my bell like crazy. I’m half dressed and groggy. It’s 9 something in the morning. I let them in but called Angie to ask why she did not call me as promised and her snide response was, “Oh, do you want me to ask them to leave”? Say what Angie, the glass is already out of my window and it’s around 20 degrees outside. Now I’m out the bed and shivering and livid. My only issue was and is CALL AHEAD LIKE YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD AND DO NOT BE SNARKY ABOUT IT! Now I’m up and annoyed although the installers were quick and professional, they did an awesome job. However, Angie should have done hers. I’m going to attempt to go back to sleep which may now be impossible.
All About Glass has fixed all 10 windows in my apartment and they are all working like new. Always very fast, easy and professional. The staff couldn't be nicer or more efficient - highly recommend.
I had a great experience with All About Glass & Windows. I had 5 windows in my apartment replaced and am thrilled with the results. The team of three technicians who did the work were incredibly efficient and took great care to leave my apartment spotless. The price was competitive and the customer service experience was great. I'd recommend them highly!
We contacted them because our windows wouldn't stay open (without a piece of wood, etc.) and were just shy of impossible to open. They came the day after first contact and evaluated. A day of two later we received our proposal. We agreed to the scope of work and after a short time while they ordered the parts, 2 guys came out to fix our windows. They were fast, neat, respectful of property and even came back THE SAME DAY to fix something that wasn't on the initial proposal. The whole job (6 windows) was done in 3 hours and there were no surprises! Price was right and service was excellent. 5 Stars!!
