Generally lovely nice people, occasional language barrier issues and sometimes they'll yell at you. If that happens just hang up and call back to talk to somebody else. Absolutely the cheapest prices you'll find for glass in New York City, prepared with expertise
Never had a problem with their windows. Professional and quick. From new windows to repairing their work is great even for a small mom and pop business. Last I checked their prices are reasonable. The only problem: the highway exit is right next to them and parking for their clientele is fierce. Otherwise I would give them a 5 star
I have been buying there for 20 years. Eugene, Jason, Amanda and the rest staffs are true professionals and customer friendly. The price is extremely fair and always willing to find solution if something happens with their windows.I will recommend everyone to purchase there!!!
