My 1st time buying from here was the best find ever. I ordered cannoli chips, rink ball cookies and strawberry bits. Boxed with bubble wrap inside a box, secured and marked fragile. Fresh, flavors are amazing this is a supply superficial, i have a small cottage kitchen and this type of quality and service is exactly what I needed
Can’t complain, ordered a 50lb bag of Staten Island strong patent flour and got it four days later.
Update 2/18: I’ve made a ton of various breads and this flour just doesn’t quit. I feel like I’m barely halfway through the bag. My family has put on considerable bread weight, I’m not sure if they’re happy about that or not.
Ordered 2 buckets of Dawn buttercream , after seaching several websites decided to go with Bakers authority, i had the items shipped to Florida, only to open the boxes to a completely different product that expires in a week!. How can someone order in late November and you send them icing that has a BB date of 12.16.2021? I sent an email to customer service no one has responded yet to my email. It would be really nice if the situation can be resolved favorably. I qm truly not happy at all. Sending me buttercream stlye icing in stead of buttercream which i clearly Ordered is no bueno!.

Updated. I decided to give this place one more chance. My mistake. Ordered 25 lbs of bakers authority almond flour. Cannot recommend their almond flour to any macaron makers. They would not allow me to return their oily flour. Won't ever order from this place again. Does this almond flour look extra fine to you?
We ordered a case of active dry yeast from this company. They charged us for a full case but only sent a single pack (1 of 12).
They REFUSED to refund the money for the remaining items, even after repeated requests and a dispute was filed with Paypal.
Then the single item they did manage to send was dead and did not work, anyway.
This company is engaging in fraudulent transactions and will take payment for items they don't have and will not send.
