Scammy place. The owner confirmed my cancellation, sent the wrong order anyway, then promised a refund that never happened. Every call was the same lie about being “on with Uber Eats,” which Uber later told me was fiction and flagged as a scam. I live in the neighborhood and used to stop by with my husband. Never again. All this nonsense over $33. Stay away.
They delivered on time for my office party and the delivery spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with.
Avoid. I ordered for an event with a specific time window and the delivery didn't show up. The phone number goes unanswered and they ignore emails. The beer was delivered the next day (too late) with no to/from label by a delivery guy that spoke no English or Spanish.
Team BRN delivered ice cold beer with free bag of ice and complementary cups. They really made it happen. Jonathan, Paul and Shelly are the best at what they do.
Good Vendor for a party. They helped us install the keg on our rooftop and set up our kegerator with co2. Bob is very skilled and did a fine job. Thank you Team BeerRightNow.
