The Berlitz FLEX thing is the biggest scam in all the existing learning programs. The app / "lessons" before getting someone to talk are useless and a big waste of time. So it's super expensive for nothing, and when you have already paid and you try to change, they don't care about their customers' feedback and just ask to pay more if you want to change for another super expensive program... avoid at all cost!
All about teachers’ quality, however, school’s management is also important for us to choose an extremely expensive English school in Manhattan. I’ve taken several teachers’ lessons in one month here but one of them stopped me all the time before my speaking ends. When I was talking about my ideas and getting to the point, I was the only student in class though, the teacher said l’m talking!”. He was like “You’re supposed to listen to me.” even it was about just his private talk before the class started. Also, he said “Hey! You talk too much.” many times. I assume they don’t know about English as for an education and business. Furthermore, others I took were even worse. So, I could say their observation lesson was just good. What about this school’s priority? Very far from professional.
I have had an excellent and enriching experience in Berlitz. Classes have been very useful for communicating in English, as well as giving me confidence in what I have learned. The teachers are very kind, patient and rigorous in helping each student.I recommend taking classes in Berlitz, as they give students the necessary tools to communicate properly in English and deliver social skills on how to feel comfortable speaking in another languages.
I have had an excellent experience with Berlitz so far. I just finished my second session of private tutoring in beginning French. My professor is very knowledgeable and patient and has years of experience. Berlitz staff have been proactive in their outreach, very responsive and accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend the private tutoring at Berlitz.
I am impressed with Berlitz staff. I enrolled my aunt who is coming from Mexico City to study and I have no words to express how pleased I am with their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. They really care and you can see they mean it.
