The Fair & White Gold lotions purchased had turned from white to brown color and watery when I opened all six bottles. Fake product, please buy directly from the manufacturer. Wasted over $300 in fake lotion.
Placed an order here and never received a confirmation or tracking. I called the customer service to see what's going on and the guy says he cannot find my order but they took my money. I also created an account and now when I try to log back into the account I created with the email address it says it cannot recognize my email address at all . Buyer beware !!! I'm not sure what happened because I do see that their website different from previous years but the service has gone down and now it seems like they just take your money and run I guess it's hard times for everyone.
I acted and judged too fast with my last reviewed, of which I have since erased. This company did came through for me. They were late, I hope they would have told me they would be, but they came through on the opposite end, and fully restored my faith in them. The products that I wanted had ceased production, but they got it for me, and for a reasonable price. Thanks BHB Distribution, INC.
Don’t use them, bunch of thieves. They will take your money and never ship your items out. Then when you try to communicate with them you can’t, no working phone , they’ll ignore your emails. They just grab your money and go. I’ll report it to Better Bureau
I have been going here for years, love this place! The guys are so funny and yet so friendly and helpful, they have just about all my beauty supply needs from grease to shea butter and soaps, and the prices are super reasonable. This place is always packed, it's small but still great, I also always loved how they're a short walk from Penn Station and the subway. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could - thanks for everything!
