I worked with Ava from Block Lending for my recent refinance.
Ava was responsive and stayed engaged throughout the process. She made consistent efforts to move things forward, especially when timing became important. Communication was generally clear, and she remained available when needed.
One notable advantage was her relatively lower broker fee compared to others I evaluated. She was also able to secure a competitive rate despite a challenging market environment, which added real value to the transaction.
There were some points in the process that required additional follow-up and clarification, but she remained professional and continued pushing the file forward.
