I ordered some products urgently and paid $29.05 for two day shipping. That ended up taking TEN days, and although the product is fine, I emailed them THREE times to inquire about the extra fees I paid for shipping and NOT ONE single response from them. I will not shop here again as they do not communicate with you, nor honor the price that you pay for shipping. If I got it in 2 or 3 days, I would have been fine with it, but after TEN days and trying to communicate with them 3 times and not a single response, I figure they just don't care. I would have been a loyal customer for our businesses but they lost me on the lack of response, especially when I email with the subject title off "SECOND REQUEST" and such. Very disappointed in the way they handled this. And, you can't count on them to get the product to you in 2 days if you need things urgently. We had to cancel our DOT exams for that long while we waited for the product to arrive.
I purchased an analyzer, they insisted to pay in full prior to shipping. I was very clear analyzer should pass calibration, precision and linearity. They gave all assurances that analyzer will pass all validations mentioned above. Installer ran away before running the above, we discovered later that internal clock was 16 hours offset and conflict in software was hindering validations. $8000 of reagents expired without validations. Block sent a tech 3 months later who fixed the issue and he ran away not giving us chance to run any validations. When we sent results of failed validations , they claimed we need fresh reagents. We ordered new set of reagents and did linearity (another $8000), and failed again. When we contacted Block scientific that failed again They wanted to send a billable tech!!!!. So Almost a year later, the analyzer passed SOME calibrations, failled precision and linearity. Do not trust their promises, take all measures of due diligence I am Lab Director MD, PhD, HCLD with 30 years experiwnce
I was looking for an analyzer for electrolytes. I had a unit in mind, but after explaining what I was looking for and needed, Jake @ Block Scientific showed me a different unit that aligned with what I needed so much better. The customer service and knowledge available at Block Scientific is exactly what I needed. I placed my order on the same phone call.
