Rosa is amazing! She’s incredibly gentle, attentive, and truly cares about the dogs she works with. My dog looked perfect after the grooming—clean, well-shaped, and happy. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!
Rosa took such great care of Sophie! She was so gentle and patient, and you can tell she genuinely loves dogs. Sophie came out looking beautiful—perfect cut, super clean, and happy. I really appreciated Rosa’s attention to detail and how comfortable she made the whole experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Rosa is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my dog feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does and treats every dog like her own.

We’ve been sending our girl Suki to Buddy’s since she was old enough to be in daycare and have had a great experience with all the staff. Any time we walk by the UES location Suki immediately starts barking and pulling towards the door which is a sign she loves to be there! For grooming we send her to Rosa who does a fantastic job taking care of her. She really takes her time to comb, clip, and detangle any mats and is very attentive to ensuring Suki’s coat is well kept. She checks in during appointments to send pictures and takes the time to listen to our wants while balancing that with what’s appropriate for her coat length and type and gives us helpful reminders and how best to manage it at home. Rosa is so sweet with Suki and all the other pups and we know she loves them as much as she loves her own!
I have been taking my princess to Rosa for almost a year at this point. The level of attention, care, and love Rosa clearly has for our furry family is so clearly noticeable.
My Bailey always leaves Rosa's care happy as can be - and I think she looks forward to her monthly trim with Rosa! I never doubt that Rosa will pay special attention to her ears, teeth, and nails. I've been such a huge fan of Rosa's work and her reasonable pricing have made it impossible to imagine going anywhere else to take care of my Bailey.
