Chef Lonnie is an incredible chef. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. My 14 guests were in awe, from the hors d’oeuvres to the dessert. So easy to work with. From planning to the execution. You won’t go wrong with this chef. Just amazing!
We have worked with Chef Lonnie on two occasions. He helped us with a tapas party for ~25 guests and also a four course seated meal for 4 guests. These are obviously two very different experiences but he did a great job for both of these events and our friends couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was. He is a pleasure to work with, reliable, and makes throwing memorable parties incredibly easy.
Chef Lonnie helped us plan and execute a very personalized dinner experience for our small group of 6. He discussed all the menu options, gave recommendations and also very open to accommodating dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and really full of flavors, it was hard to pick a favorite. He even drove up to our Airbnb with all supplies up in the Catskills!
A much over due thanks to Chef Lonnie for turning my birthday dinner magical with exquisite looking and delicious tasting food. I found him on Google and a short call and visit from him to see the venue and understand the small intimate dinner I planned for my birthday. He was able to accommodate all dietary requirements of my guests and feed everyone where they were not only satisfied but also loved what they ate. We were served by a lovely young lady who was his staff member in completing the whole experience. Art on a plate appealing to the eyes and taste buds. Can’t wait to have him back again.
Chef Lonnie prepared an amazing three-course meal for six people for my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. The entire meal and experience was perfect. The food was amazing and Chef Lonnie came out before each course and explained each dish. We look forward to enjoying another meal with Chef Lonnie.
