I had a very disappointing experience here. The accountant was rude and arrogant, and the overall service was unprofessional. His staff frequently made mistakes and even asked me to check their work. If I have to verify the accountant’s work myself, it defeats the purpose of paying someone to prepare my taxes.
I also had to wait about 2 hours just to ask a question that took less than a minute to answer. The lack of respect for clients’ time and the poor quality of service make it difficult to recommend this place.
Peter has been my CPA for over a decade and he is very professional and timely with my taxes. I have complex taxes and he handles it well year after year. Highly recommended.
