Don't recommend buying their brand of refrigerator. The quality is not good, the after-sales service attitude is not good, my refrigerator has been bought for more than a year, there are many failures, internal rust, ammonia leakage
Two year old fridge (2022) and gaskets have failed. Called and the service department picked up very quickly. Unfortunately the gaskets are out of stock. They were able to take some gaskets off a stock unit for us. That is the type of service you get when you buy from a local company. Thank you!
Deli business for 40 years. Went down to Cooltech facility in Brooklyn for deli display cases. Great product with great pricing. They manufacture on site so parts are accessible if needed which is a huge plus. Ask for Mike he does the right thing helped me out in a pinch. Outstanding customer service I will be a repeating customer for sure.Thanks

Prompt and friendly service. Needed parts included with one year warranty after I provided serial number they were sent out within the same day after a brief correspondance.
