Nick and his team Custom Auto Tech delivered exceptional service throughout the entire repair process. Both the quality of the work and the level of customer care were truly top-notch. After my accident, Nick remained in constant communication with the insurance company to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that I was fully supported. He also arranged for my rental vehicle to be extended until my car was completed.

Throughout the process, Nick provided regular updates along with photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Once the repairs were finished, he personally delivered my vehicle to my home, located 40 minutes from his shop.

I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop. Kevin was extremely professional, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. Unfortunately, my car ended up being a total loss, but instead of leaving me stuck, Kevin went above and beyond by recommending someone who was able to help me get into a brand new car.

my car was hit by a drunk driver at an intersection in Brooklyn. Kevin at Custom Auto Tech was recommended to me by a close friend of mines, accident happened at 12:03 am and they quickly picked up my car and by 3:30 am my car was already by custom auto tech in the Bronx and later that morning Kevin made sure i had a rental the way that Kevin took over the process from the beginning to the end is incredible, highly recommend, my car ended up being a total lost but Kevin and custom auto tech insured i came out with a new 2026 Acura.
