We were very happy with the work done by Custom Glass. They installed a very specific mirror in our son's apt. in NYC and it was perfect. They showed up on time; installed the mirror and were done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

These guys are real professionals. I can't speak more highly. They came through for me when I really needed help. I purchased a new dining room table from Rejuvenation in Manhattan. After 6 weeks of "supply delays" and "lost orders", the manufacture delivered a sink top for a dining room table. I was furious and upset by the incompetence of this large corporation. I needed a glass table top urgently - like within 24 hours. I called Custom Glass and Mirror. I got through to a real person on the first call - no endless corporate maze of "your call is important to us...please hold." He understood my issue and promised he would deliver it the next morning. He even texted with me. How many companies today give you such personal attentive service? Not many. They were true to their word and made it all happen.... and fast. It was delivered white glove service next day. The quality of the glass is outstanding. I could not be happier. I am grateful that there are still local businesses like this that care about quality and service. They have a customer for life!!!!
