Lou, Sean and their team did a beautiful job replacing our 35 year old deck! They were always here early and they were meticulous with everything, including the cleanup! I have already recommended Decks Unique to one of our friends.
Decks Unique is an amazing company! They installed our magnificent Deck in 2 days and it's absolutely gorgeous. It far exceeds our expectations and we totally love it. A large number of well trained staff members arrive at your home on the day of installation, together with Lou (the owner) who oversees each job. The staff are so professional and it's magical to watch them work together and before your eyes, a stunning deck is constructed. A huge shout out to Jason Colapinto, who first came to our home to quote the job and who guided us on the best deck to suit our needs. His advice was excellent! This company is special! If you need a deck, you should contact these folks. I rate them 5 stars (plus) in every department!
We were extremely happy with Decks Unique from start to finish. The project designer, Jason, was knowledgeable and helpful, the office secretary was friendly and organized, and the owner and crew (Lou, Manny & team) were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a porch/deck built or renovated.
Decks Unique is an exceptional company to work with. I highly recommend them. Our experience – from the quoting stage all the way through completion – was wonderful. They are a professional group that really has their act together. In my wildest dreams I never would have thought a project of this size could happen in just 2-1/2 days – but it did. One day to demo the old deck and a day and a half to build the new one (2 levels, 40’X20’ overall). The crew was exactly on time and worked hard all day with barely a break – they never stopped moving! They were polite and careful of our property – and when they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up. Our new deck is beautiful and really elevates the look of our home – not only from the outside, but from the inside too. We’re very happy, and I can’t say enough good things about Decks Unique.
Lou and his team are top notch. They are prompt, professional and communicative. The team took an idea and made it into what we had always hoped for. George the rep is professional, clear and no pressure. He made every step of the process feel easy. Kyriel kept us up to date on scheduling even through winter storms.
