Direct Promotions is fantastic! The exceptional customer service promptly replaced our school's lost package containing graduation diploma cases for free. They hand-delivered them to us to ensure the package arrived before graduation!! Directo Promotions is a company we use as a school for many things, such as: cap & gowns, t-shirts, Blazers and School Cardigans. We recently had an event where they made our 8th grade and 12th grade Cardigans in Navy Blue and Grey. The cardigans were done with great quality, beautiful Chenille letters and personalized embroidery. The quality of the work was impeccable and well made. We are very happy with their work and communication with our staff. We specifically worked with Christine Ludici, Harlan Goldstein and Tiffany Rexach. Thank you all for your hard work and making sure our event was successful and our students felt special!
We ordered floor decals, elevator door decals, door decals, Dibond Signage, stage skirts, retractable banners and vinyl banners. The decals were great and everyone especially loves the elevator door decals! The Dibond Signs were also beautifully made and look great. There was a misprint in one of the retractable banners and the color of the stage skirts were more purple than the blue we requested. Warren and the team @ Direct Promos were quick to send a replacement in time for our event! From start to finish it was a pleasure working with them! We'll be sure to use them again!
