Michael & team were incredibly efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. Our windows look great and we would definitely recommend to anyone.
I was in the process of calling several shops to get ballpark estimates to retrofit several windows at our buildings nearby, specifically for 12 windows in different apartments. The guy that answered was hesitant and said he needed to see it, he ended up hanging the phone up on me and said that "I was probably a shady contractor looking to rip someone off". All I wanted was an estimate range, not a big ask. It's a shame because our building is a few blocks away, easy business for them.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! AND THEY STOLE FROM ME! AVOID THEM!
I left this company a bad review before. They argued (rudely, might I add) about it for a while and then said that they'd correct the situation in exchange for taking down my bad review. They came by today to "fix" my window, but instead their guy came by, removed my window from its place, left it in the hallway, stole $30 worth of property, and disappeared. I'm going to take this to the police.
When I asked where their guy went, this was the reply I received:
"Appreciation back to you. Take care your self. I am fine with review." He also admitted to stealing from me!
Looking further into this company that goes by both the names of Domino Window Repair and Domino Window Cleaning, it turns out that they faked many, if not all of their 5 star reviews.
Great customer service , reasonable price, punctual and polite. They install five windows at our apartment . We recommend to have their service for your needs as well. Thank you!
