Was searching for someone I could trust with help in restoring a sapphire ring. Found this store based on all the amazing reviews and Joseph didn’t disappoint. He was excellent. Fair and honest with great customer service. In addition to him restoring my ring, he also helped me with a vintage watch and I ended up purchasing one from his collection as well. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend!
Had a gold bracelet that had some discoloration and I was helped so easily and kindly! He buffed out the bracelet and it looks awesome! The customer service is great and I think it is an UES staple that I will be going to again in the future for all my jewelry needs! Highly recommend!
