We recently had Family Fence install an estate fence around our pool, and the entire experience was excellent.
The process began with Anthony, who provided our initial estimate. He was professional, punctual, and gave us a very fair and transparent quote without any high-pressure sales tactics.
What truly set them apart was the personal attention we received from the owner, Frank. He took the time to explain every step of the installation process and went over the technical details thoroughly before sending his crew to do the job. We had a few specific concerns regarding the layout around the pool area, and Frank addressed each one with patience and expert advice. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and our satisfaction.
The installation crew was hardworking and respectful of our property. The fence is perfectly aligned and looks great.

These guys are terrific! We needed a railing on our front porch, so we stopped in to Family Fence just to price it out. We had used them years ago to install a PVC fence and we were very happy with their work. The salesman, Jason was very knowledgeable, and showed us a few styles. He then consulted with Frank and they worked with us on what I considered to be a a good deal for what we needed. In just a couple of days, Juan and Carlos came out to install the railing and they did an awesome job. They have a terrific, strong system and they paid attention to every detail. They are craftsman and the railings were in place in a couple of hours, cemented in nicely. Every one of the people we dealt with were very fair, attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Family Fence for both railings and fences. If you need either, go with these guys and you will be glad that you did. The job came out great and we were totally happy with the sales experience, the product and their installation craftmanship.
We used Family Fence to install a railing on our back steps and are very happy with the results. Price was reasonable, they got us on the schedule quickly, the crew arrived on time and was very professional, and communication was great throughout. The finished product also looked great.
