I really don’t like coming to this location; most of the counter staff come across as rude and unprofessional. Picking up materials can easily turn into an hour-long process, especially around lunchtime, when getting help feels unnecessarily difficult because responsibility keeps getting passed around. At times, it even feels like they intentionally avoid acknowledging customers and then act busy when it’s finally your turn to be helped
Excellent service and beautiful showroom. It’s great to shop online but things like plumbing fixtures often look different in person and in order to avoid surprises we like to take our design clients to a brick and mortar place before ordering high end pieces. We love working with Sophia and Ferguson is always super helpful when it comes to our plumbing, lighting and hardware needs at FODesign
Sam was extremely helpful; I was looking for a rather elusive plumbing part to order for a maintenance job and not only did he identify it but he shipped it directly from their warehouse to my residence. Will definitely return to them in the future.
