Jorge and his team at Fontana Architecture are terrific. We bought a condo in Chelsea and needed assistance with the renovation. They navigated us swiftly and effectively thru the condo HOA approval process, the NY Building Dept. permitting and then bidding. We went with their contractor recommendation, and we could not be happier.

His team is professional, responsive, knowledgeable about requirements/codes, and they provided design options and drawings promptly. Amazing! Jorge was immensely helpful during our project of establishing a partition wall in my living room. These projects are always daunting because there are so many steps involved (DOB approval, condo approval, responding to comments by the DOB/condo, sketching plans for the projects, etc.). Jorge and his team was very responsive and fast and helped ensure the process was smooth and totally stress free. The end project is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier. SO WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jorge and his whole team (even the intern was great).
