I cannot praise sufficiently, here, the incredibly supportive team, led by Ms. Elysia Smith, at Frank E. Campbell for their outstanding work in providing a beautiful and honorable service for my husband. The excellent team led by Ms. Smith made possible a service with military honors for my husband that we will hold in our hearts forever. The attention to every detail by Ms. Smith and her superlative team of professionals eased our grieving at every turn, and I and my family will never forget their kindness, sensitivity and caring from start to finish. We will always remember the benevolence extended to us. It comforts us now and in the immediate days ahead, but it will sustain us immeasurably through the future. MaryAnn Inkeles
Along with everything else positive about Cambell’s I would like to say that Zoe Kind created a zone of peace around myself and my family for which I am deeply grateful. I knew my husband would be well taken care of and that meant everything to me
Walking into what had been an elegant, gracious undertaking establishment and seeing it cheapened by the replacement of its furniture and decor with this hideous new look that's high jacked the design world was shocking. Gone is noble wood furniture, plush drapes and elaborate mill work. The place is now colorless and lit by cold lighting. All just fine if you like white, tan, black, gray and silver. It resembles every Hampton Inn in America. Campbells was synonymous with tradition and sophistication. Sadly they've thrown the baby out with the bath water in their redecorating scheme.
When my best friend passed away suddenly, Zoe Kind at Frank E. Campbell made the process seamless in planning her cremation and memorial service. Her and everyone at the funeral home were incredibly kind and very communicative. They really took the time to get to know my friend and give her a beautiful send off. Thank you to everyone there!
They did an excellent job, everything was so detailed and they handled business efficiently, yet were so, so warm and considerate. Amanda was amazing from the moment she came to my grandmother's apartment and throughout the week. She really was so comforting and helpful. Although we were very sad, we were comforted by the professional staff that supported us through our grieving process. They even called the church and handled every aspect of "production," which was so easy for us.
