I just had the best massage I have ever had with Pink at Grand Central Bodyworks. Pink is a highly skilled massage therapist who is gentle, but strong. She is a great massage therapist and a lovely person. I highly recommend Grand Central Bodyworks and especially with Pink.
Ava was so incredible!!! I got a 90 minute massage and she really did a number on my super tight shoulders and back. She had the perfect balance and didn’t use too much pressure but did an excellent job at relieving my tension which is often hard to find in my opinion. I can’t wait to go back!
🥰😍 I really enjoy coming here. The staff are very welcoming and polite, and the massage is excellent. If you’re looking for a strong massage to relieve muscle pain, this is the place to go. The shop is very clean, and the therapists are highly professional. I come here every week and highly recommend it—especially Grand Central Bodywork.
This was a wonderful experience, very accommodating and friendly! The message felt great with the right amount of pressure! I am only giving the 4 star, as the price was more than expected. I am not from USA, so tipping was also not something I am used to. Definitely worth going to, area was clean and safe.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a nightmare. I told the masseuse 3 times before the massage started “please do not use any product on me that has perfume or a scent”. I made it VERY clear what I wanted and I was completely ignored. The masseuse started on my back so I did not smell anything until it was too late. I rushed home and got in the shower to scrub this product off. My skin felt like it was on fire and I broke out from head to thigh in a painful rash. I had to see 3 dermatologists and 1 allergist. This torment lasted for over 6 weeks and what did I receive in compensation? A $50 dollar gift certificate to use at their business, insane. The manager after I called several times to complain told me not to contact them anymore and put me in touch with their lawyer?!?! Wow. I ended up meeting their lawyer to get compensated $100 ….. less than 1/2 the cost of this couples massage I treated myself and my husband to for a gift. It’s hard to believe a place this highly recommend can’t accommodate a request for no product with a scent. There was zero accountability from this place and I was treated terribly; like I had done something wrong. Stay away from here if you have sensitive skin or expect this place to be run by professionals. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
