Kevin was absolutely phenomenal in helping me get through an extremely difficult house purchasing process in Brooklyn.
His expertise in the local market here was very valuable, as Brooklyn Real Estate is its own special beast unlike anywhere else in the world, and having someone deeply familiar with this market helps out tremendously in so many ways, all the small little, specific things that add up significantly.
His network is just as valuable as well, worth its weight in gold.
Above all else, his persistence in getting us through the finish line was by far the most commendable. We dealt with an extremely volatile situation, but Kevin was able to push us through all the way to the end, loosely pulling strings here and there to get us across the finish line. And overall, extremely friendly and nice to work with.
We closed on our first home in late March 2026 after a months-long process that required navigating a tight timeline, a complex condo approval, and significant financial stakes. Kevin Leibowitz at Grayton Mortgage was exceptional throughout.
