I call this place to have work done for my business and im told i have to wait two days for the owner chris to get back for a quote.. He comes back, i call him, and after about a minute on the phone he has another call and leaves me eternally on hold for approximately 25 minutes until i hung up.
If you want to wait two days to be treated like garbage, call h and w.
10/10 I needed my 2011 535i bmw spark plug hole to be threaded cause car was misfiring and they got the job done 💯% they got the old plug out and threaded it back and in with new spark plug
I have to give a big shout out to this company and especially their worker. John very professional knows his craft they all do. I wish I knew about this machine shop from before with other issues I’ve had but definitely since I know now and their craft is awesome. Definitely gonna have some more work for them as well Thank you John. And thank you H & W machinery Corporation!!!!!
Called this shop to get something done, and they scheduled me right away - the same day to come in. Met with John who took care of my situation straight away. He did an amazing job, and quickly. This is a great machine shop, with good people working there.
