Beautiful space and great instructors. I’ve never done a Pilates class before and Heather started by asking us about any injuries or conditions. It really made me feel welcome and confident that it was going to be a great experience. She guided us through each exercise and made the class so fun! The location is also very easy to get to by transit. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I had such a wonderful experience with Amanda at Hell’s Kitchen Pilates.
During the three weeks we spent in New York, our sessions became a real moment of joy and balance for me. I’ve been practicing Pilates for about a year, while my two colleagues had never tried it before, and Amanda managed to make every class engaging, welcoming, and motivating for all of us regardless of our different levels.
The studio itself is absolutely beautiful — spotless, fully equipped, modern, and incredibly well maintained. You immediately feel comfortable and inspired as soon as you walk in.
Amanda is exceptionally clear in her explanations and guidance. What I appreciated most was how thoughtfully she structured the classes over time, gradually increasing the intensity and helping us build confidence and strength step by step. The lessons felt different, well balanced, and carefully tailored.
Honestly, I would love to bring this exact approach to Italy — it’s such a smart, elevated, and professional way of teaching Pilates. Truly a job very well done.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hell’s Kitchen Pilates! I took two classes, one reformer and one mat class, and both were amazing.
My reformer class was with Amanda, and she was absolutely amazing—so professional, encouraging, and attentive. She made the class both challenging and really enjoyable.
My mat class was with Caroline, who was also fantastic. She created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere and guided the class beautifully.
The studio itself has a great energy, and the instructors are truly wonderful. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and excited to come back. Highly recommend Hell’s Kitchen Pilates!
I have had such a great experience with Hell’s Kitchen Pilates! The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to provide a challenge. Morgan is a gem and super helpful if anything comes up. I am a novice with the reformer and everyone has truly gone out of their way to make sure I understand the set-up, exercises, and body mechanics so that I can make progress. Every class has been a great workout and mind-body experience. The space is cute, clean and inviting too. I’m so glad it is the neighborhood!
The space is absolutely gorgeous, bright, clean, and calming from the moment you walk in. The instructors make everything super easy to follow, even for first timers, and you never feel out of place. Nadya and the rest of the team are incredibly friendly and have such great energy, exactly what Hell’s Kitchen needed. I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and in a better mood. Highly recommend!
They also hosted a Vietnamese coffee pop-up from First Phin First the day that I visited and it was delicious!
