All the reviews you see about them selling merchandise that is out of stock is absolutely true. I placed an order with them over a week ago, and specifically asked the lady on the phone if the merchandise was in stock before I placed the order she told me yes. After not receiving tracking information for a week I called them and asked for an update, the same lady answered the phone and told me it would ship out tomorrow and that they were waiting for merchandise to come in stock, I asked her why she told me the merchandise was in stock when it wasn't and she just rushed off the phone and said it would ship tomorrow. The next day I still didn't receive a tracking number and tried to contact them and they sent all my calls straight to voice mail.
I've already filed a Paypal dispute against them requesting a refund. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, very bad experience that could have been avoided by them simply telling the truth.
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They lied to me multiple times at the beginning, telling me on four different occasions that my box would arrive in 2–3 days — when in reality, it was stuck in customs the whole time.
They also held my money for over 30 days with no clear explanation, and when I tried to resolve the issue, they still expected me to wait even longer to provide proof. The lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable.
All the reviews saying they sell products without having them in stock are absolutely true. I will never do business with them again, and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
This company needs a better inventory management system. Every time I place an order, 25%-40% of the stuff I ordered is out of stock. You don’t find out it’s out of stock until you receive your order & see that nearly half of the stuff you ordered is not there and is crossed out on the invoice because it wasn’t in stock. Been this way for years and the company has done nothing to correct it. Tried to be patient but we’re finding a new supplier at this point because it happens every single time.
Never Order from them a big quantity!!!
What you see on their website actually they wouldn't send you the things you ordered. The 10% discount is absolutely a scam, don't fall for it.
They will charge your credit card without your permission after 10 days later of your order.
Then studently you will receive a box from them saying you ordered 200 pcs screen protectors for iPhone XR. when you call them for help, no one would help you my friend.
I would give 0 star's if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Place order on 8-12. Website show all items in stock. On 8-14 was told several item were not in stock and order would be filled and shipped on 8-21. Checked website and showed all items in stock. Today tried for over an hour to get status of order, finally was told their shipment hadn't arrived yet. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Update: Company called and said they would give me a gift if I removed my review.
