Game changer! I know my way around a gym, but working with Hudson Training is an absolute game changer. Felix (my primary trainer) and Oscar make sure that my form is spot on, allowing me to safely increase my load in ways that I never imagined. The results are clear - I am stronger, leaner and more powerful and balanced. Trust the Hudson method - it works and will keep you injury free!

Oscar is a fantastic trainer! From the start, he has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. He takes the time to understand your goals and builds each session around your individual needs, whether that means improving strength, technique, consistency, or overall fitness.
The 1:1 training experience feels truly personalized. Oscar pays close attention to form, explains the purpose behind each exercise, and creates a motivating environment where you feel challenged but also comfortable and confident. His knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and training is clear, and he genuinely cares about helping his clients make progress.
The Hudson Training facility is also excellent. It is clean, organized, spacious, and well-equipped, which makes a big difference when choosing a place to train. The environment feels professional and welcoming.

I absolutely love Hudson Training. I primarily work with Carlos but honestly, the entire team is welcoming, supportive and great to be around. They do an excellent job of pushing you in a way that feels challenging but never overwhelming or unsafe - this part was very important to me when I started.
The space is always clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly and positive rather than intimidating. I feel stronger after just six weeks and I look forward to my workouts now. I highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized training!

Oscar and Hudson Training are amazing! I’ve just completed my 11th session and I feel much stronger and am seeing the results I want already. Oscar teaches me good form that helps me avoid injury and has helped me progress quickly on how much I can lift. As a result, I feel so much more confident in my body.
Oscar has also taught me so much about nutrition and how I can eat healthier without being overwhelmed. And he’s helped me improve my sleep and hydrating habits. I love that he looks at fitness holistically - it’s not only exercise but also nutrition, sleep, hydration, etc
I also love the facilities - they’re super clean and well maintained. And it’s in a very convenient location. And they work with my busy schedule. I truly look forward to enjoy my sessions with Oscar each week!
