First time home buyer and needed a competent inspector. Ken showed up 30 min before me and inspected the exterior of the home. Ken is very thorough and detailed. Checked everything from foundation, sidewalk, plumbing electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, attic and the roof. Ken was the most reasonable priced Licensed inspector after calling 7 others. Would highly recommend. Will definitely do business with Ken again.
