I would have gladly given Jay Suites Financial District five stars based on how easy the booking process was and how nicely designed and professional the room looked. The décor is modern and the reservation system was seamless.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness completely changed my experience. When I arrived, it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or sanitized between clients. There was visible food residue on the glass desk, suggesting someone had eaten in the room shortly before my reservation. For a professional workspace, that is unacceptable.
Additionally, the attendant at the front desk was eating when I arrived and seemed preoccupied. I felt as though I was interrupting them simply by checking in, which made the welcome feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
With better attention to sanitation and front desk professionalism, this location could easily deliver a five-star experience.
Clean, reasonably priced and always friendly. Austin and his team always take care of our needs with a smile. Only wish Jay Suits had more locations across the city. Highly recommended for small businesses or artists. Keep the good work!
As a busy solo practitioner attorney in the Financial District, I find, as I'm sure do most other small business owners, that excellence in the support team in your workspace is a blessing. Our team here at Jay Suites Financial District, has recently had the good fortune to have Austin as its newest member. He is unfailingly in a good mood, helpful and proactive. Whether it is a new client or an important delivery that arrives at our location, Austin efficiently and cheerfully makes sure it is paid attention to and routed to the right place in a timely fashion. It is said a good man is hard to find, but we have surely found one.
Establishing my business presence at Jay Suites in the Financial District was one of the best business decisions I have made to date. The reception is bright and welcoming and conference rooms are equipped with all that is needed to run a successful meeting in a comfortable setting.
Jackie and Liz go out of their way to deliver office support that is top notch. It is a pleasure to work with a team that pays attention to the smallest detail and offer solutions to problems. They take the guesswork out of the equation and allow you to focus on running your business. I look forward to being with Jay Suites for a long time to come.
I can't believe the service I encountered here at Jay Suites. I never knew services like this existed. I have since shopped around and found Jay Suites to be the best option for office rentals. It's location is a prime choice for our management team to do business. It appears to be a cool, clean environment and best yet, the staff looks like they absolutely love to work there. They treat everyone with respect, and professionalism. Can't say that about other providers. No complaints here - just recommendations.
