Have been very satisfied with service for my cars, motorcycle and rental. Kudos to Michelene who recently advocated on my behalf when someone tried to process false claim on my policy. State Farm has always given y family amazing customer service, . Whenever I have an issue, I will call up and speak with Michelen, and she is amazing. Whether it's homeowners or car insurance issues, she is always available to help you with everything and solve any issues you have. Jeff Waddle group is the best, and I am always 100% satisfied!!!
Teresa at State Farm was extremely helpful when I needed to pay my annual coverage fee over the phone. The process was very quick, and I received an email receipt almost immediately. She was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend working with this State Farm location!

I've been using Jeff Waddle as my Statefarm agency since a few years ago.
