I visited this location on June 6, 2026, arriving at approximately 1:30 PM. While waiting in my vehicle, I had my A/C running without any issues. Unfortunately, I was not assisted until around 2:40 PM, and my vehicle was not finished until approximately 3:30 PM.
After the service was completed, I left and turned on my A/C, only to find that it was blowing warm air. Initially, I assumed the vehicle simply needed time to cool down after being off for a while. However, after driving for an extended period, including on the highway back to New Jersey, the A/C continued to blow warm air.
I own a 2021 Dodge Durango with relatively low mileage and had never experienced any A/C issues prior to this visit. While I cannot say with certainty what caused the problem, the timing is concerning given that the issue began immediately after the service.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I will be taking my vehicle to another service center in New Jersey to have the issue diagnosed and determine what may have happened.
Amazing service. Memorial Day weekend, so they were busy, and still got me in and out so fast. No up-sell, approved everything with me before doing anything, and everyone was so kind. Lexie is amazing. Highly recommend.

This team was communicative, knowledgeable, empathetic, and just plain friendly. I made a google search and decided on Jiffy Lube which has a longtime reputation for hiring knowledgeable staff. I telephoned for my initial inquiry, and the call was answered promptly with a business-like voice speaking intelligently & clear. Upon arrival into a safe parking lot, that was free of nearby traffic at the local high school. My nervousness as a "walk-in" was de-escalated as soon as I proceeded into the spacious & tidy waiting area with handicapped restroom available. All my questions were patiently answered, and I had a few. Pricing was fair (plus an online coupon), my filter was in stock, and their honesty was above par. My car was in the garage in no time. Incredibly, they found that the previous company never changed my oil filter! I was shocked, and greatful for such personalized care. I have never had such flawless service from any other automotive business. This is my auto care store from now on,and I highly recommend that if you want solid service, without dumbing-it-down intimidation, this will be your best option.
Wasted my time. 40 minutes I’ll never get back but at least I got to get breakfast at McDonald’s. The only person that approached me after 20 minutes said I’ll get in in 15 min and my oil change will be competed in 15 for a total of 30. I explained I had time constraints. She assured me 30 minutes total. Went to McDonald’s, came back and the same cars in the bay were still there and my car didn’t move. This is why you work at Jiffy Lube. Don’t come here. Especially this location. Thanks for wasting my time
Taken my car here a few times for oil change and the staff and service is good. I would appreciate it if they would open on time. Hours say they open at 8 everyday but when i come Saturday or Sunday morning i usually sit here until 8:30 waiting for them to open. I can’t be late to my job so I’m not sure why this is acceptable here. People have things to do.
