Had a ghastly tire blowout on the way to work, but managed to make it to the parking lot -- found Quantum's number, and spoke to Juan -- he brought his mobile unit to where I was parked, and replaced my (pretty much shredded) tire in no time at a very good price (thank you!) Drove home over 25 miles with no incident. Hope this never happens again, but if it does, I know who to call ~~ great job, guys!
Let’s just start with saying I have more faith in this shop than I have in the actual dealership . Was having some problems with my Escalade park assist and blind spot monitoring . Want to give a huge shout out to Gio and Juan for taking care of my issues and being patient since I know it wasn’t an easy task . Left the shop with my all systems working and not a single light on the dash. Would definitely recommend this shop if u need any type of calibration issues . Do not waste your time and go to the dealership!
Gio and Carlos are professionals and were able to get my car calibrated with precision and ease. They are true masters at their craft and are great to work with. I plan on coming back to get my future alignments here too. 10/10 — would recommend
They have the best calibration service in the city. Technicians are super friendly specially GIO & CARLOS. Love to visit them again and again as a car owner. I got my service with a very good price and service.
This place is always the best! If you're in the nyc area, more specifically in queens and you're having car troubles give these guys a shot!
The guys at Quantum Calibrations are incredible at what they do. They are fast, courteous, and professional. They take the time to know each customer and understand the problem with their car so they can get you back out on the road. They are known as the best in the business for all vehicle calibration needs. Have a sensor error in your car and can't figure it out. Come here, ask for Juan, and him and his team solve your auto problems.
