My experience with them was good I sent my first package to my husband in Ghana he received it all the items was there nothing was stolen missing and I am doing business with them again
WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! These people are SCAMMERS!!! Soooo unprofessional. I hired them to ship my stuff from US to Ghana. They make up lies and come up with whatever prices they feel like - (Fatima Amhed in particular)! I asked them for a moving/shipping contract- Never got one! My belongings were stored in their facility (along with other people's items) for one months, and they wanted me to pay them $ 1,609. HA! -when I got my items out of storage some of my bins were damaged! They are Crooks! Their business needs to be shut down!
Be warned!!!! Stay away from them.. this company came for my items in December 2024 deceiving me that their next loading was in 2days away ..Lies!!! Today is April 23th 2025 and I still don’t know where my Barrel and box are.. the worse part is their unprofessional attitude.. when u call one number then they ask you to call a different one.. they will keep tossing you yet no one wil call u back to say nothing.. at this point im thinking of reporting the matter to the police cos the inconvenience has been massive and I don’t know if I will ever receive my items. Please please ignore their so called reviews and forwarded msgs of when their next container is loading.. it’s never true.. I don’t want what I’m going through happen to anyone.. all the things we needed for a wedding a month ago are still with them. It’s been over four months now!! . We struggle here in the states and you wouldn’t want your money to go down the drain.. This is my honest review!!
This Karim Shippers are crooks. They produce lies and manufacture lies. Very disappointing. Since December 28 2024 they took my door to door box shipment to Ghana, is May 4 2025, I ve never heard from them and u can’t get onto them in anyway. Ppl shd stay away from doing business with these crooks. I paid them upfront and still didn’t get service delivery.
Unfortunately, this will be my last time shipping with this company. This is the second year in a row that I have shipped items with them for the Christmas season. Last year my items were delayed and were not received until after the new year. These were items that my mother needed to support her local business, and she lost a lot of money because of this.
This year I decided to ship my items early in September. Granted there was a port strike that lasted a few days, so I naturally assumed shipping services would resume immediately after. After months of inquiring about a tracking number and being ignored, I finally received one in December. To my horror, disappointment and then anger, I realized that the ship actually left the port early December with an ETA date after Christmas!
The level of unprofessionalism this company has shown is appalling to say the least. You don’t take peoples items, hold on to it for months at a time and refuse to provide updates to allow them to prepare for the worst case scenario in the event the vessel does not arrive on time.
Since they have shown they do not care about their customers items and their livelihoods, especially for those that ship to support families who need these items to conduct business, I will not be using their services anymore.
Do better!!!
