We rented a sprinter van from King & Queen for a friend’s 30th birthday weekend upstate, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
The biggest reason the day was such a success was our driver, Oleg. He was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond all day long. We had a very flexible itinerary with multiple stops and were sending addresses throughout the day, and Oleg handled every change seamlessly and with such a calm, accommodating attitude.
What really stood out was how thoughtful and chivalrous he was — always making sure everyone was comfortable, helping people in and out, opening doors, coordinating timing perfectly, and somehow always being one step ahead of what we needed while still being incredibly respectful and appropriate. He truly elevated the entire experience and made everyone feel taken care of.
The sprinter itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but it was Oleg’s professionalism and warmth that made the day memorable. Our whole group kept talking about how amazing he was afterward.
Could not recommend King & Queen more highly, and if you have the chance to request Oleg, absolutely do it.
This was an absolutely amazing experience my driver was named Alex and he was absolutely amazing and truly made the experience great as a tourist in new york for the first time !!
Wonderful experience I would very likely use King & Queen Limo for future trips. Oleg arrived early for pickup, helped us all load in the rain, & at pickup time when we were running a few minutes behind he said it was no problem. Also great customer service when booking with Nick. I looked at a few car services but the great customer service during booking is why I went with them. They were a little more expensive when comparing them with other companies but I will pay more to ensure that my family is safe. Thanks again guys.
Our personalized tour of NYC had our family feeling like celebrities. Yuriy was an amazing driver! He had the best playlist, knew the good food stops, iconic photo spots and accommodated the children’s bathroom needs. It was everyone’s favorite memory of NYC. Thank you!!!
King and Queen is fantastic! Communication was great. Yuri is a wonderful driver. We knew exactly where to go at the airport for pickup and he was amazing and safe and loaded our many bags with a smile. Terrific experience and highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
