Amazing small spot to pick up Beer , Soda and extra small things . Recommended to Friends and Family .
THE BEST IPA CHOICES hands down, why drink beer when you have something stronger and better tasting for cheaper only at kissena beverage. this will always be my new go to for IPA even though i have to walk 20 minutes to get there. fully worth it. keep up the great work and keep those prices low so you get more business. cheers ;)
The owner is rude, the Spanish worker is nice and helpful
great selection and good prices. staff is friendly enough. turnover of craft brews could be higher as they can get dusty, so only 4 stars.
Select is huge customer service is poor.

Purchases typically go smoothly except when something is needed from the stock room.
Bottle returns are an exercise in illegal tactics and frustration. When returns are brought in everyone suddenly forgets how to speak English. Although they are open from 10:30AM through 9PM, they stop accepting bottles at 6PM - a violation of NYC bottle return law which includes: ...THE RIGHT to return your empties any day, any hour, except for the first and last hour of the dealer's business day.
Also to add insult, although they have the bottle return machines they are outside around back and locked after 5PM !
Unless I have an absolute emergency I will not shop there again.
