KNR is my go-to spot for all vehicle needs. Kate and Rick are a great team, family run, and are honest people. All repairs and inspections have come out quick and always fixed. I recommend KNR to everyone that brings up any vehicle issues, no matter the borough. Highly recommend!
Kate and Rick are excellent. As everyone says, it's hard to find kind and honest car people. Kate and Rick are not only lovely people, but the shop does excellent work.
I should have taken before and after pictures of the car, but my car looks like it's new now. They did a ton of body work removing rust and dings, also repainted the whole thing. Super happy to be driving the 16-year-old car around again!
On January 20th, I brought my vehicle in for service and received it back two days later, on January 22nd. I am highly impressed with the exceptional work of Ms. Katie and her husband. I am grateful for the referral to their establishment and intend to return soon for service on my minivan.

Awesome experience with Kate and Rick! Nice, honest people who did a great job with my car. They were even able to fix the damage that was done by another guy who tried to “fix” the dents in the car. Super quick and responsive too!
From the minute I stepped into KNR Auto Repair, they welcomed me with open arms. Kate, who handles all of the administrative and financial aspects of the business, made sure I understood the process, took care of all of my insurance paperwork and keep the lines of communication open. She updated me with what was happening and what was needed at every point of my vehicle repair process. The mechanic and repair team made a thorough inspection of the damage and advised me on what is needed to get my car serviced and fixed.
